About VVITA Mobility
A network builder for India's electric transition.
Nexus Vvita Infratech Private Limited is a technology-enabled Mobility-Energy Infrastructure Platform. Operating as VVITA Mobility, we develop, operate and scale EV charging networks through strategic partnerships, franchise-led expansion and digital infrastructure.
Our mission
Accelerating India's shift to clean transportation
Through accessible and future-ready charging solutions — building a reliable ecosystem while creating sustainable opportunities for entrepreneurs, landowners and infrastructure investors.
- ▸Develop strategically located EV charging infrastructure.
- ▸Enable entrepreneurs and landowners to participate in the EV ecosystem.
- ▸Create recurring revenue opportunities for stakeholders.
- ▸Deliver reliable charging experiences through advanced technology.
- ▸Build sustainable mobility infrastructure for future generations.
“A charger installed in isolation is equipment. A charger connected to a trusted network becomes a long-term infrastructure asset.”
Successful charging infrastructure depends on strategic location, reliable electricity, management software, digital payments, customer acquisition, real-time monitoring and technical support. VVITA is best understood not as a charger manufacturer, but as the entity that assembles land, capital, electrical infrastructure, software and brand into a single operating network.

The team behind the network

Praateek Chharan
Marketing & Business Strategy Leader · EV Infrastructure Visionary
Founder & Director — Business Development, Marketing & EV Strategy
Praateek Chharan is one of the emerging voices shaping how India builds, brands, and scales its next generation of mobility infrastructure. With a career built at the intersection of engineering discipline and global business instinct, he has spent nearly two decades turning ambitious ideas into operating businesses — and is now channeling that experience into powering India's electric mobility transformation.
Praateek holds a Bachelor of Engineering (2006) and a degree in International Business from a leading Gulf-based university (2008), a foundation that shaped his ability to move fluidly between technical execution and global commercial strategy.
He began his career in international trade, taking a sales operation and scaling it into a full export business across African and Asian markets within a year — an early signal of the growth instinct that would define his career. That instinct took him to the Gulf, where he built and ran a standalone trading venture from the ground up.
Returning to India, Praateek turned his focus to manufacturing, immersing himself in plant operations at a large-scale industrial facility before going on to conceive, build, and hand over three separate manufacturing ventures in plastics and stationery production over the following six years — each taken from concept to fully operational business. He then spent six years at the helm of a major export portfolio, opening and managing trade relationships across Europe, the UK, and the USA.
Today, Praateek leads strategy, business development, and marketing for a fast-growing Mobility-Energy Infrastructure company, where he is architecting the partnerships, market positioning, and go-to-market playbook behind one of India's most ambitious EV charging network build-outs. His rare combination of manufacturing depth, international deal-making, and brand instinct positions him as a leader to watch — someone building not just charging infrastructure, but the category itself, as India's electric mobility market enters its defining decade.
Praateek Chharan is not just participating in India's EV revolution — he is helping write its playbook.

Satyabhanu Angirash
Structural & Infrastructure Engineering Leader · Chartered Engineer
Director — Civil & Structural Engineering
Satyabhanu Angirash brings nearly two decades of structural and infrastructure engineering leadership to VVITA Mobility, anchoring the company's build-quality and execution discipline as it scales India's Mobility-Energy Infrastructure.
A Chartered Engineer holding an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from MNIT Jaipur and a B.E. in Civil Engineering, Satyabhanu has led structural design, audit, and project execution across some of India's most demanding infrastructure categories — industrial and manufacturing facilities, healthcare institutions, government and institutional buildings, heritage and tourism developments, transport corridors, and large-scale water and civic infrastructure. His work has spanned multilateral-funded programs and state government mandates alike, consistently delivering structures engineered for safety, longevity, and scale.
Beyond design, Satyabhanu is a recognized Approved Valuer and a Competent Person under the Rajasthan Factory Act, reflecting a rare combination of technical depth and regulatory fluency — expertise that is critical as charging infrastructure moves from isolated installations to engineered, grid-integrated public assets.
At VVITA Mobility, Satyabhanu applies this foundation to the physical backbone of the charging network — site engineering, structural integrity, and infrastructure planning — ensuring that every location built under the Nexus Vvita platform is engineered not just to operate, but to last.
His leadership reinforces the company's core belief: that reliable mobility infrastructure begins with uncompromising engineering fundamentals.

Sagar Rawat
Operations & On-Ground Delivery Leader · 22 Years in Civil Contracting
Director — Operations
Sagar Rawat brings more than two decades of hands-on civil contracting experience to VVITA Mobility, where he leads company operations — turning engineering plans into built, functioning charging sites on the ground.
Across 22 years in civil contracting, Sagar has built his career on execution: mobilising teams, materials and machinery to deliver projects on time and to specification, often across demanding sites and tight timelines. That contractor's discipline — managing labour, procurement, quality and cost in the field — is exactly what a fast-scaling charging network runs on.
At VVITA Mobility, Sagar owns the operational backbone of the network — site development and construction, vendor and contractor coordination, project scheduling, and the day-to-day execution that turns an approved location into a live charging point. His on-ground relationships and delivery instinct keep build-outs moving from plan to power.
As VVITA scales from individual installations to a state-wide network, Sagar's mandate is to make sure pace never comes at the cost of quality — that every site is built cleanly, safely, and ready to operate reliably for years.
For Sagar, infrastructure isn't a drawing — it's something you build, deliver, and stand behind. That builder's accountability anchors VVITA's promise of a dependable, well-executed charging network.
