Failing amicable resolution, the parties may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Jaipur, Rajasthan, conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with that Act. This clause is to be finalised with legal counsel.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.
